I look forward to my reunion and training with her again soon.
Hello Everyone:
My name is Katherine Bert. And I would like to speak to you about Aikisambo. I would like to encourage everyone who loves martial arts as much as I do to begin learning Aikisambo. While learning Aikisambo, one may find that they will have compassion and respect for others, have a great sense of responsibility, and have a deep appreciation for friendship and for their community. One may also learn how important it is to train the body and the mind and make them as one.
Aikisambo was formed on the principles of practical techniques. And when one learns these practical techniques, they will find that they have also learned discipline, self-control, and focus. By learning Aikisambo one can relieve stress and gain vitality as well. Aikisambo is a life-long learning process towards perfection, never reaching that ultimate goal; but always keeping in mind the motivation and devotion to the pursuit of happiness, beauty, humility and self-control. Aikisambo always encourages strong family values at home and in our organization and offers many great opportunities in the organization and out in the community. So again I would encourage everyone to take a chance and start learning Aikisambo. It is a great form of martial arts that is great for the whole family.
Respectfully
Katherine Bert
